​ Key Achievements

• Secured a ~$290M Loan Guarantee from the US Department of Energy’s Loan's Program Office – authored application, optimized strategy for proposed technology, and led the Project team through multi-stage due diligence and negotiations

• Led structuring, execution, and management of investments in three early-stage organizations, including debt and equity investments, driving successful strategic expansion in alignment with corporate goals while mitigating risk.

• Spearheaded $30M construction facility with Goldman Sachs, the largest private debt facility in company history

R&D Engineering Intern | Aesculap Implant Systems | Breinigsville, PA | 2018

• designed two customized cerebellar retractors for manufacturing per the specifications of a surgeon

• redesigned the anchoring mechanism for surgical instruments during sterilization to ensure better organization & accessibility of instruments

• designed the test fixture for a TIG weld bending test; fixture attached to a manual bench vise

• authored documentation, including the risk analysis & the cleaning and sterilization evaluation, for the design history file of a flexible hexalobe screwdriver, which is used with spinal implants​
